• Where you have filled in a satisfaction report for either supply of flooring, and/or installation, we reserve the right to publish that information on here. Your address will be removed from viewable information and your name will be initialled, to include the city /suburb/state you live in. • We cannot be held responsible for the display properties of your computer/monitor, please do not rely on photographs as a whole. As reproduction online often differs from the real products. To satisfy that you have chosen the correct flooring, please request a sample on our samples page.

• Whilst we endeavour to hold sufficient stock or source stock for your project from our importers, we cannot be held financially responsible for products being "out of stock". In such cases where cancellation occurs due to out of stock flooring/accessories we will refund any monies you have paid in full.. This does not include orders where we have specially/specifically ordered flooring/accessories on your behalf and notified you at time of order of any delays that may result.

• Delivery, please note if items/orders have been pre-paid using Card payment, then the signatory for the card must be at the premises to which we deliver to sign for the goods. This is an effort on our behalf to combat fraudulent use of your card should it be stolen and used illegally. Should you not be present at time of delivery you must notify us minimum of 2 days prior to delivery and fax/scan and email a copy of a utility bill, stating in clear print your full name and address.

• Should be believe that a card or order is being placed, either illegally or without the consent of the payee we will inform the appropriate authorities. All goods and services may not be ordered or paid for by persons under 18 years of age.

• The essence of the order is the flooring, and not the delivery service. We may at our discretion, employ the use of a courier to deliver your goods. As such any order/technical enquiries should be made to our head office.

• Good MUST be signed for upon delivery. Ant shortages/damages must be noted immediately on the despatch note (delivery note) and reported to ourselves in writing within 48 hours. Any claims outside of these terms will not accrue a refund.

Installation Terms

• The room/rooms must be completely clear of furniture/floor coverings etc prior to installation.

• If we are installing in kitchens/laundry rooms etc, all appliances, where new flooring will be fitted must be removed from the room, and reinstalled by client after completion.

• We do not install floating floors of any type in bathrooms,en-suites and toilets. Should you request that such flooring be installed then please note all sanitary ware must be removed prior to, and reinstalled after installation by client.

• Should doors need removing we carry this out free of charge, with exceptions to fire doors*, and doors with over painted hinges, the latter is reasonable due to time taken to gain access to the screws. *fire doors, a special insertion tool is required to safely remove the door closure chain, we do not carry these. The door chain if fitted MUST be reinstalled after installation. Charges for fire doors, is $5.00 per door removal and refitting. Door planing if required is a chargeable item, internal doors $12.00 each, external timber doors $20.00 each. We do not adapt external thresholds or upvc/metal doors.

• It is the clients responsibility to check that when new flooring is installed appliances can be refitted under appliance housings. That doors will close over low thresholds, generally front doors.

• Clients must fit felt protection or similar under legs of furniture or a matting under heavy furniture pieces.

• We do not move Pianos, should you have a piano within a room being installed please make contact with a specialist piano mover.

• Our installers travel at times upto 3 hours to reach you,if we are late we apologise, if for some reason outside of our control we cannot arrive to install flooring on a designated day/time then this is not grounds for cancellation.

• Should you be unavailable on the day of installation when our fitters arrive, then we will give you another fitting date, and charge reasonable costs for travel and loss of works.

• Rates are based on a pro rata scale , see fitting rates. If when our fitters arrive there are flooring areas less than 10 sqm, for example halls etc, that were not indicated on original orders, then we charge $15.00 premium per square metre in addition to the quoted prices.

• All prices are based upon ground floor installation only, fees are applicable to subsequent floor levels, $1.00 per sqm for each level. Example: 2nd floor room extra $2.00 per sqm added to final invoice.

• We do install staircases, and specific fees are applicable see stairs

• We must have immediate parking facility outside of your premises, if a cost is involved due to parking etc then client agrees to pay fees.

• Floors must be flat clean,dry and ready to install, should we feel that the floor/room is not ready to be installed then we reserve the right to cancel the installation and leave materials, charging balance + costs.

• We install only the goods that are ordered via our website, any verbal requests should be confirmed in writing via email, when replying to email, please ensure you use the reply command so that the entire thread of the email is kept intact.

• We do not install flooring whilst other trades are present due to likelihood of damage, please ensure other trades are aware.

• Clients must be available on completion to sign an inspection notice.

• Entry and exit mats must be fitted at all external doors, this is a requirement of the manufacturers warranties.

• Should any terms be breached , then we reserve right to refuse installation, store flooring in your room or rooms and collect payment balance for flooring and reasonable fees for travel and costs.
