The room to be installed must be clear of furniture and existing floor coverings, and immediately ready for us to install flooring. The prices herein, are for labour only, and exclude any materials. These should be purchased by yourself, and feel free to contact our Steve at ay time, to discuss your floor, or to get advice at any time. We do not install into wet areas, such as bathrooms, toilets, laundry areas. Prices exclude any remedial works, and removal of heavy items of furniture or appliances. Basically our price is for laying flooring only.

Payment is required in full upon completion. We accept cash or cheque.

As professional installers with over 20 years experience, in laying floating floors. We are both quick and economical. Why void the warranty and install flooring yourself, or hae time off work installing your new laminate flooring. When we can come in and install flooring for you..

Dont take chances by having an unskilled installer fit your flooring, when its done wrong its unsalvageavle in most cases. So do it once and do it right. We install from Beaudesert to Caboulture, Toowoomba to Bayside.

Extras.
We do charge extras, but as you will see these are pointed out up front.
Travel - if our fitters work more than 40k from our base in Jimboomba, we charge $1.50 per km over this mileage. So for an installation in Toowoomba, please add extra $90 per installation. This covers our higher fuelage costs. Please note, on installations over 45 square metres we charge the fitting rates above, witho penalty on distance.
First and Second floor installations - please add $2.00 per sqm per flr level. Example: first floor lounge, 40 sqm will cost $17.00 per sqm.
Planing or adaptions to doors - $20 each
